Best Short Action Films Ever #3: True Face

This is an excellently directed and edited action film that, despite lacking in story, is sure to get you pumped up and living in the moment within its eight minute duration. It appears brutal at the beginning but there is a nice twist at the end .  . . shan’t say any more than that else I’ll give it away. Enjoy!

Best Short Action Films Ever #2: Willing & Abele

This is a kickass, over-the-top, stylish short action film with some excellent martial arts action, characterful performances and some colourful splashes of comedy here and there to keep the hardcore action in balance. It will definitely get you pumped up and put you back in touch with your body (for an explanation of this please red: Positive Psychology Movies: Dance).

Best Short Action Films Ever #1: Rosa

ROSA is an extremely stylish sci-fi epic that takes place in a post apocalyptic world where all natural life has disappeared. ROSA awakes into this world with a great sense of isolation, though she is not alone and must fight for her survival.
The atmosphere of isolation makes this a fantastic short film to escape in for ten minutes, whilst the extremely slick and sexy motion of the characters when fighting makes it an amazing movie for inspiring us to get back in touch with our bodies and to live in the moment .
