The story is written with much heart and will teach children to see the positive not just in a nursing home but in life in general.

iYoga Premium wants to whip you into shape with all manner of Yoga moves and poses, but is it worth your hard earned cash?

If you’re like me and happen to live in a village in the middle of nowhere for half the year, you probably won’t have much access to yoga training. Indeed, my only experience in yoga comes from very rudimentary yoga lessons done in acting school and from a Barbara Curry Yoga video I picked up many many years ago.

Looking to change things is this piece of Yoga software for iPad, made by iPad developers 3D4 medical. It’s an intuitive program that makes Yoga fun and approachable even for beginners.

In iYoga Premium, you’re shown a ton of yoga moves and poses that will help you develop muscle tone and get into shape. The moves are shown in some detailed and easy to follow animations that serve as good instructions.

The layout and design is traditional and somewhat lacking in originality, but that doesn’t matter too much. What matters is that the interface is serves the purpose and is easy to use.

iYoga Premium does become a little expensive. It starts at $5 for the basic app, then $5 for extra intermediate and advanced sections.  Still, perhaps that’s a fair price for an app that will encourage us all to get more in shape.
