Let’s face it, we all love movies based on true stories. Sure, the word “based” and “true” are more often than not used with a lot of artistic licence. While some movies stick absolutely to the true story, some “base” them so loosely on the truth that the only thing they get right about William Wallace is the fact that he was Scottish. I thought I was a fan of Disney and Toy Story, but I’ve been put to shame by two high school students from Arizona who have reproduced the first Toy Story movie in its entirety in their own bedrooms. It took the two teenagers years of hard work to produce this 120 minute long live-action version of Disney-Pixar’s Toy Story. To do it, they had to transform their own bedrooms into replicas of the scenes from Toy Story Pixar have yet to comment on the film, but it’s already got more than 1.5 MILLION Youtube views and 1,000 Facebook likes. Pauley, one of the film’s producers, stated, “After seeing ‘Toy Story,’ I started playing with my toys differently,” he said. “I really made them alive.”
