Meditation training essential for actor training, as Scarleet Johansson and Jessica Chastain Attest
As our readers will know, both Scarlett Johansson and Jessica Chastain have been meditating for many years. Scarlett Johansson gave a famous speech about meditation for the Nobel Peace concert back in 2008, stating that meditation is the best way to create peace (both inner peace and outer peace). Jessica Chastain started meditating on The Tree of Life back in 2011 and has continued her meditation training since.
