Revealed: WWE Superstars Favourite Moments: Punk, Stone Cold, Brodus, Ziggler, Tyson

WWE had a fantastic press conference for WWE 13 at Summerslam 2012, which included Stone Cold Steve Austin, CM Punk, Iron Mike Tyson, AJ Lee, Sheamus and Brodus Clay.  The highlight of the press conference video was the superstars revealing their favourite ever moments in the WWE.

CM Punk

CM Punk said his facourite moments were the Montreal Screwjob between HBK and Bret Hart, the time when Mick Foley was thrown off the cell by The Undertaker at Hell in the Cell, and Stone Cold’s many hilarious moments.

Stone Cold Steve Austin

It was interesting to here Stone Cold Steve Austin say that the first time he thought the Attitude era was going to work was the first time he hit a stunner on Vince McMahon. Doubtlessly, the idea of beating up the boss was popular with millions, and for obvious reason.

Stone Cold also said that he considers pro wrestling to be attitudinal in general (not that the recent entertainment of WWE has shown it).

Dolph Ziggler

Dolph Ziggler went on to say that Stone Cold Steve Austin was his favourite wrestler. Doesn’t that seem somewhat strange given his character? He’s more like a HBK or Rick Flair so it’s interesting to hear that Stone Cold was actually his favourite. His second favourite superstar in WWE checks out all right: his 2nd fave is Billy Gunn, which makes a lot of sense  given that his character is practically an evolution of Billy Gunn.

Brodus Clay

Brodus Clay said his favourite moment was when WCW was bought. Who could forget when Shane McMahon announced his acquisition of WCW, let alone the amazing Invasion it led to. That was one of the great moments in the history of WWE Raw.

Iron Mike Tyson

Unsurprisingly, Mike Tyson said his favourite moments was when he knocked out HBK Shawn Michaels at the end of Wrestlemania 14 (my personal favourite moment ever as it was the first time Stone Cold Steve Austin won the title).
